What are you comparing the speed against?
Tractor speedometers are a poor reference as they are rarely calibrated. Most of the time this doesn't matter much since they are only used as a rough point of reference.
My 250 speed agrees with my GPS speed device. My acres agree quite closely with known field acres and my other devices.
