Ontario's middle east | Those guys are very close to your brother we are an hour and half south and mostly east of that. No land trading around here right now. I expect we will have fewer buyers stepping up but not sure that will equate to softer prices near term, that will likely take a little time to work through. Who knows what corn is worth come summer. That is only one factor but we don't know if that buckets got water or gas at this point. I don't see room for an increase at this point. It needs a break. Your 50% since summer of 12 would be overstated here, but it's been a good ride non the less. | |
