Eddie,
Bang for the buck - dry  all the way.

Best solution, air seeder with 2 bins and meter both products separately.

Next best - box drill with combination box - 2 meters.

3rd best - box drill, blend desired rate wheat with 100 lbs MAP (not DAP), set drill to apply the blend at desired rate.

4th best - put a liquid kit on and squirt 5-7 gal of 10-34-0 on.

We've been through most of these, currently run an air seeder. With wheat, it has a huge demand for P in the first 30 days of its life, therefore very responsive to applied P, and best if it is really close. MAP is safe with the seed, DAP has an ammonium that kicks off pretty easy and makes the trench very hot. You don't need K, and you dont need any extra N over and above the 11 lbs from the MAP.
BTW, straight MAP is very easy on drill parts. Finish season, vaccuum box out, light coat of Fluid Film, and you'll be ready for soys next spring.
