Central Kentucky | I think you will like the flexibility. Mine is down in the frame so as to stay out of the way of the king pin. The brake controller is an inertia type. No wiring or air lines to tap into. In some states goose neck trailers are treated differently as far as DOT. On a farm plated pulling unit the trailer does require a plate or inspection. If it was on the fifth wheel it becomes a tractor trailer. Nice to have the heavier pulling unit. | |
