If you happen to have a bad tip or two, the Raven will distribute the amount not going out the plugged tips to the rest of the boom sections. The console will not compensate for the plugged tips. If your product amounts are coming out correctly, there is no need to calibrate the system. I would suggest doing catch test every couple of years to see if the correct amount is coming out. Over time, flowmeters tend to wear, requiring a slightly tweaked meter cal to get the right amount of product on. You will find a procedure in the console manual for this procedure.
