May have crashed. Had an update done a couple years ago on our S. Dealer said it was a possibility, but it had never happened to him (till then of course). Does it still work? Once warranty is up, you must send it to 3rd party to fix. Don't remember, but not too pricey. Edit: looked back and it was $113 with shipping
