Subject: Re: John Deere 7510

Oxford County, ON
The 7510 was brought in a couple years into the 10 series production run when JD saw a hp gap between the 7410 and 7610. We have a 7410 and a 7510, both with 740 loaders, LHR, and 20-speed. Dad prefers the 74, I like the 75. It does anything to do with hay, pulls an 8-ton fertilizer spreader, and does some snow removal in winter.

As others have said, the weak spot is the engine-transmission coupler; had to replace ours at 6-7k hours. Had to tear into the tranny and do the input shaft as well. Overall, it's hard to beat the 7x10 series!
