It's pretty obvious that bin safety is getting to be a bigger issue with larger bins, faster unloaders, tighter time schedules, etc, etc. If you've got employees around grain, they need training, just like they ought to have training around machinery as it gets bigger and faster. You can't blame an employee for putting himself at risk if he hasn't been told what's acceptable, or knows what's at risk.
