Andy, I have read all posts, I agree I would sit down by yourself, write down issues past and present, then have your employee sit down with you, be calm but firm, explain liability issues, we have all done stupid snit, if its a on going thing, I don't know, I do agree after your meeting, week off with no pay, make him think about, bet after grain bin incedent , hope he is grateful that he's alive, good luck, Scott.
