who will reprimand you? what responsibility are you taking?
could this be a top down problem? you have to look in the mirror
and ask what could i do better and where i can i improve.
just because you have no one to answer to doesn't mean
you are free of blame. thankfully you have the opportunity
to improve your operation to benefit all.
