Eastern North Carolina | Slap on the wrist, paper in his file, a week off without pay, maybe he'll find another job during this time, etc. If he's not thinking any clearer that this, I would have to cut him loose... Common sense will prevail.
You can train all you want, but it the employee thinks he's invincible then he's a terrible bad accident waiting to happen, again and again.
