gentlemen, if you have not call CS at outback here a couple of numbers, 785-742-5182 or 5136.
As far as the edrive not disengaging maybe look at your sensor, might be to close to the magnets or you have a bad sensor. Try turning off your TC on edrive, I use to work for Outback, if I remember right TC will not work with S. But call CS at Outback and check for sure.
