I have done it, but I bought a plane ticket and had the farmer pick me up and drop me back off. A local look is good but would you ask someone to spend $200,000 according to their tastes? Only your taste counts, even though the local help is much appreciated. It's a bit unfair to them to use someones opinion in that important a decision. If it was a house or farm, you pay an appraiser to do the same thing.

BTW mine was well worth it. I even took the farmer out for a heck of a nice dinner and paid for his gas driving me around. Yes, it was that good a deal.
