The integrated GPS receiver in the Juno and Nomad can't handle RTK corrections. You would need to get your position from a different receiver. In the case of the Nomad, the easiest way would be to hook up a RTK-capable receiver to via a serial cable if you have the serial boot on the handheld. Software like Farmworks or SMS mobile should be able to pick the receiver up once you get it set up in the software's settings.

As far as the Juno, I've never done it before. Somebody would have to get more creative with setting up a virtual serial port and I don't even know how that particular version of Windows Embedded Handheld handles that. A Bluetooth to serial adapter would be pretty cool if you could find one that has Windows Embedded Handheld drivers.

We also had a similar setup for scouting and data collection that used the old brown box setup with RTK and a serial to USB adapter to get a GPS position to a Trimble Yuma. Worked out pretty well.
