Iowa | Shapefile import will work, just takes more time.
I haven't tried this with FarmWorks but I know this process does work with SMS.
If you have the option, you may want to select "All file types" under the John Deere data selection.
Another thing to think about is if you are trying to import data from different monitors (Brown Box, 1800, 2600, 2630) you might need to create separate exports for each of the different monitors.
