Digi-key and Mouser are my two favourite online retailers for the odds and ends for this job. What you're looking for is a 2 conductor cable. The stuff I was finding comes in 100' rolls for around $400 to $800 cdn.
There's a lot more specifics you can toy with, but that's a rough start.
