Do you have a lot of data to move or not much? Do you Basic or Advanced? Are you moving data that was recorded by a monitor? (spraying, harvest, planting, etc) Or are they hand-made maps like soil sampling, boundaries, etc?

Depending on all those answers, different options might be better than others. More than likely, if you have Basic and monitor files it'll be Tools>File Viewer and pick what you want and hit Send Files to. If you have hand-made data or Advanced, I'd look at Batch Command>Export.
