New Mexico | with luck she'll calf and you can cull her at weaning time ( unless it's an abcess that can be lanced...drain it and keep her ).
it does appear she has an "issue" ( maybe internal hernia, more likely just an abcess ).
it could be she has a sticker abcess in that lower right bottom ( notice how it folds low?).
it would be a good idea to have your vet swing by...see what the vet thinks bout it.
if it's an abcess and loose, the vet will likely lance it low and drain it.
