So you want a sort of generic rate controller that can work with existing drives/pumps/etc?
AFS AccuControl will do that. It uses Trimble Field-IQ controllers run by a Pro 700. Currently limited to planting (seed only, or seed+liquid), or single product control (liquid, NH3). Dry control is supposed to be on the way, along with dual-product at some point. Requires an unlock for the 700.
