NC KS | I have worked for a man that came up with unique products. He went through the patent process which took time. He got a patent. Big company came along and copied his product knowing that he didn't have the money to fight a battle in court. He got smarter on items patented after that. He patented new product, produced it and when it got copied, went to monkey see monkey do company and got a buyout offer. Had to buy his facility and got to use him as product designer. After a few years, they had no use for facility and he would buy it back for way less than he paid for it. | |
