west central Iowa | Haven't battled that with ours yet. But would assume change both spin on and cart. filters. If that doesn't help I would move on to oil level full, and checking suction screens. Some tractors have two screens. Is your pump leaking or making any noises? We just replaced pump drive coupler and black plastic pieces on ours.
We had a Hyd. Cart. Filter come apart one time, that was not pretty!
