There are ways you could touch things up later on, but before you get that far there are options where you can tell it what to do with areas missing data. I believe you can tell it to fill it w/ the closest value, leave it as a blank area, or fill it with 0's. Those options usually get most of the issues out of the way but if you HAD to you could do some touching up later on but it takes a few steps.
