Phil, that mega operation is just that. I think he has 32000 wet acres here and he's gonna keep drilling I bet. I think he still has 15-20,000 in Idaho. I think he sold his Colorado stuff. He actually looks like a pretty good farmer. Crops are descent and other than roads blowing his farm is under control. I hope he doesn't get any closer to us.
