Part of the issue is the naming convention of the operations- there is a complete lack of standardization of nomenclature or work flow.

   Searching the tutorials came up with no answers (at least using the search terms i was used to).  They are an AWESOME starting point - something Deere should have done years ago.  I would have had a lot more sleep in years past.  

Sad to say, but I am stuck having to be master of two systems.  It simply does not looks feasible in the near future to have it all under one roof.  On the plus side, the Apex data set ends up the pristine, original data.  There is plenty to be said about redundancy.  SMS will become the analytic side for now.
