I'm coming from a John Deere, Ag Leader, Trimble background (on the dealership levels)... And I know when they interviewed me they said they would be sending me to the CNH trainings to get up-to-speed as soon as possible. I think probably because the dealership is an AFS certified dealership! And they did say something about getting me certified as soon as possible!
