Thanks for replying,you are talking on the tractor end,after taking off endplate,just wiggle the shaft with the 4' pipe over the 1'' shaft? .Is there 2 bearings on the back end of the shaft has to pull out of,that is what it looks like in my book.Did u take any of the drive system apsrt on the back end of machine,it drives the fan i believe?Will try your method today,Thanks
