| My neighbor is a machinist for a local factory, and I have a BIL a machinist at a local shop, they all got me on to Enco , KBC, and Travers, and once in a while McMaster-Carr.
I agree with above, set up is important, as well as patience, try not to hog to big of cuts, coolant will be your friend as well.
