Every fall our company tells their patrons how much they used the year before and gives them the opportunity to contract for the coming year till April 1st. They are still honoring the contracts but are delivering smaller drops , which makes more work for themselves. Those that didn't contract are the ones that are getting the expensive education. If there is a lesson to learn out of this it is buy more and bigger tanks.
