Here | Once you have a water softner you think why did I go so long without one. We bought a used Rainsoft when we first got married 24 yrs. ago. Finally went bad 2 years ago and bought a Addie 32,000 (larger one) from Blains Farm and Fleet about $500 and works really good. I don't see the selling gimacks of each brand make a difference. The only thing that 2 guys that I know that work on them said to buy one with a separate salt storage tank so the salt won't corrode the control head, being off to the side. | |
