If you can avoid dumping the discharge into the septic tank you will avoid some problems. Over time it will decompose the concrete in the tank. I run mine into a dry well made from a sump pump well with an 8 foot run of septic field type pipe. Took a couple hours to dig by hand and back fill with peastone on the bottom and sand around the pipe, but in ten years I have had 0 problems and the grass still grows over it.
