Pay them off.

1) They have ucc1's filed on you that are a matter of public ( and Internet) record. I don't want ANYONE seeing I have money borrowed, ESPECIALLY if I didn't HAVE to borrow it.

2) It appears you have plenty of money for these things, and good for you! In that case,why in the world wouldn't you just pay cash in the first place? Why sign all,those papers, set around a wait while the financing went through, let them file on you, etc. Why not write a check and walk out?

3) Did you know that after you pay it off, there is still a pretty large chance that the UCC1's won't be released, and many years from now, anyone can still see that it appears you still owe these entities money? There's nothing shady about it, just no one releases it once you've paid it off-somebody was just lazy and didn't do their job. This is very, very common.

4) There is satisfaction in knowing something is YOURS
