| Governor was puking air around the rubber cap on the old one and immediately started puking air out of the exhaust on the new one. Lines aren't mixed I double checked this afternoon. Suspect the dryer was the problem from the start. I have a line from the dryer and a tank line to the governor. The first time I poured alcohol down the discharge line it puked out the end of the governor so that was what tipped off the local guy to bypass the dryer. Dryer was painted over but from the looks of it. It's been there awhile.
After bypassing dryer secured everything down and adjusting my cut out and we now have full pressure. Still haven't got brakes released but at least we have air pressure now.
