WCIN | WOW! John, thank you for responding and explaining things in terms I could understand. Your words:.."I'll be owning paid for farm land, getting debt paid down, and keeping some cash and precious metals to cover extremes should they happen. The good part about this plan is, even if I am all wrong, I'll not end up in too bad of shape. If extremes happen, I at least have made some preparation though probably not enough".......
