Ah,nearly one amp,so the combine is well grounded through carbon black in the tires to discharge any static buildup. Thanks for putting it to a real world experiment and proving what I had read.
On a Google search I found that they actually measure and rate a tires ability to discharge static electricity,and that some natural rubber tires with no carbon black,actually have tiny copper foil strips in the rubber mix to discharge static electricity.
Well,the drag chain I put on my combine years ago to keep dust off the windows,that did not work,did do a couple of things. It beat all the paint off the combine frame in the area where it is mounted,and once when crossing a barb wire gate with a splice in one wire,it snagged that splice in a chain link and balled up the gate under the combine. :(
