SW Iowa | By pulling QE back, it indicates the fed cannot continue buying the US treasuries much longer, and Treasuries are going to have to increase interest rates substantially to attract outside dollars to finance gov expenditures.. The days of cheap interest are over... And since the gov owes $Trillions in treasury debt,, any substantial increase in interest rates will cause US default, which I believe is inevitable. JUst like Greece. | |
