That could be the issue. You need your Minimum Turning Radius to be smaller than any of the curve radii in your curve pattern. So you want to decrease your Minimum Turning Radius, not make it the same as your swath width. Try setting it at 15.5'. I can't imagine you'd have any curves tighter than that.
