| Tried to find out how much the cancellation fee is when China cancels a load. All I could find was all contracts are written differently but most fees are very small. So a difference of around $2/bu between March and November is worth paying a small fee if beans go down. If price goes up, take delivery of $11 beans. If price goes down, pay small cancellation fee and buy cheaper beans. Unless I am missing something, I am surprised they don't load up on $11 new crop beans and sit back and wait. | |
