Mid MO | If you think it is just one cylinder cutting out. Have you your tech hook to it with his laptop and do a cylinder cutout test and narrow it down the dead cylinder. Also ohm out your injector wiring harness under the valve cover. Another thing is if he hooks to it with a laptop he can monitor crank and cam position sensor noise which indicates whether there is a problem with the sensor or not.
