Any of those should be ok. I pulled a 6-row with a little massey 255, had plenty of power/weight to pull it-but would run hot later in they year planting beans.
Depending on how many acres I would go for either:
A) THe lightest and least compaction
or if covering a lot of acres
B) The most comfortable-planting can be pretty long days sometimes
