| Buying possibly new BBI truck mount spinnerbox to put on a 1995 1603 Terragator. Need to figure out what to run it with. Would like to buy a CFX 750 with rate control module on field IQ. This is because I am already familiar with Trimble and might like to do variable rate someday. I already have all of Farmworks software for mapping. But was shocked at the price I was given.
The terragator had a Dickey John CCS/CSM 100 monitor in cab. I have read in a Dickey John Manual that it was capable of doing rate control with granular fertilizer but I have got mixed answers on whether it is possible. Does anyone have experience with this as to if its possible to run it?
Any other fairly inexpensive options for running rate control? Don't need to be able to do variable rate right now. | |
