| I can concede that one. Local support should be a huge consideration for any PF purchases.
If your dealer is telling you that you can move a system from one machine to the next make sure you ask them how.
I've heard dealers tell people you can move a NAV II from a CNH system to a Trimble system. While you technically can, they neglected to mention you had to send it to the service centre to have the firmware flashed each time. Sounds like you know what you want to do, run that past your GPS guy, make sure you start with a system that will do everything you need down the road, and you should be a happy customer. Nothing sucks more than getting a guy the system he wants today only to find out the next year he wants to do something else and can't. | |
