Sheldon, IA | I have a customer who is modifying a Great Plains 1625YP planter. This planter had the DJ Seed Manager SE on it from the factory. He is swapping it to a 24 row 20" planter so I already know we are putting a new seed harness on it and running that with the Ag Leader STMM. The planter has a Veris hyd drive setup. Anyone hooked this to Ag Leader before? I am sure I can run the drive but I am curious about the encoder, it it will work with Ag Leader or if it must be swapped for a different one. Also I am wondering if it is possible to convert the planter to ISO for picking up the Fan speed and Bin sensor. If someone has a way that they have run one of these completely I would love to hear more about it. Thank you for whatever help you can give me. | |
