Northeast ND | Have a older JD 1780 planter. Currently has seedstar one with I think Rawson hydralic drive. Am controlling it with brown box. Am running a 2600 screen for auto steer. Could I with a JD Rate controller control those two hydralic motors for variable rate planting? There is a weatherpack 2 wire plug on each motor valve body on the motor and a weatherpack 3 wire plug on a speed sensor or rpm sensor whatever you want to call it this sensor is on the shaft of the motor. Wanting to go vrt on the planting and have a rate controller. Would I need to trick it into thinking it was liquid or something? | |
