Cedar Rapids, Iowa | If you have Trimble on RTK for your planter tractor, then you probably will want a Trimble receiver and steering solution on RTK for your strip-till tractor too. Deere receivers don't play well with non-Deere RTK base stations, which means you'd have to buy a Deere base.
I'd put a Trimble steering system on it. It may not be as factory integrated as the Deere steering solution, but it is nice to have continuity between machines when doing any configuration or phone tech support. | |
