central mich | We have had a lot of 3306 and 333. Of course there is a big difference in the D333 series and the D333c. The c has the narrow head just like the 3306 and I am sure the block is the same. We have not owned too many 333c but as I recall it is difficult to tell the difference between the two. i.e tin valve cover, narrow head. Of course they are a pre-combustion head. In fact, the D333C had some serial numbers 66D1 up to 66d8890 and then there were many many 3306 with 66D8891 and up. I am pretty sure that there is little difference, if any, between those series of engines. | |
