Subject: Combining 2 sources of Yield Data into one map?

North Central Oregon
I will be running a Ag Leader PF3000 in one combine and a Trimble FMX in another combine this next harvest. I am wondering how I will combine the two sets of data into one map. I am really just getting started with yield mapping on my own and trying to get things figured out. Are these 2 sets of data compatible and what software should I look at that will do the job? Will any of the free mapping software work?
I currently have Farm Works View installed but have not had a chance to see if it would work with data from 2 sources.

Thanks in advance.
