Subject: Great question...

WCIN
When a fuel filter is gelling and the engine is still running, it is getting less lube components to the fuel system at the ppm level.

When the fuel becomes warm enough it will dissolve the build up in the filter, thus giving more lube properties to the fuel.

My concern is linear lubrication of the fuel to the fuel components----final answer.............. So, does a gelled filter stay gelled (clogged) when it warms up------no.
