roaming | The AFS guys told you that they didn't know who would support the old version because no one officially does. If you call AgLeader for support on an old version, especially an old version of AFS, you're more than likely going to be told "sorry" because you don't have a current maintenance plan. If you were current in the AFS maintenance plan (which covers support and updates), you would have been notified over a year ago and given the opportunity to switch to Farm Works. Actually, you still can if you ever had an active maintenance plan. The price is $300 and covers the first year of support and updates. The AFS Mapping and Records software is no charge since you're an existing AFS customer. Normally would be $750. | |
