| The latest GFS model run has produced a bitter cold airmass for the Plains and Midwest April 25-28. If the model were to verify, freezes would be widespread deep into hard red wheat country, throughout the Midwest and possibly into the Delta and interior southeastern states. Damage would be possible. HOWEVER..MY SERVICE DOES NOT BELIEVE THIS WILL VERIFY BUT EXPECTS BELOW NORMAL TEMPS.
Believe this has been of some effect on wheat price today.
