Central Indiana | Thanks for your responses. It may be possible to situate the building such that the trees are within the footprint of the building (not the foundation). If I can do this, I guess there wouldn't be anything to be gained from waiting a year to pour the floor (i.e. it may not receive enough traffic for additional compaction). Probably just best to go with the extra rebar in the excavated area. | |
